Brianna Freda-Reed

Raised in Cañon City, CO, Brianna developed a love for the arts and theatre. In the spring of 2019, she graduated with a Bachelor's in Musical Theatre and a minor in dance from The University of Northern Colorado.

She completed her blue level teaching (level 3) certification in the spring of 2021. From 2021 to 2023, she was a coach at The Dragonfly Aerial Company in Colorado Springs and started her own business to teach locally in her hometown of Cañon City in 2021.

In 2023, she gave birth to her son, which sparked her interest in birth work and helping women and families learn more about the transformative experience of birth. This experience also initiated her journey in rehabilitating her own body and understanding the importance of everyday function and mobility. As a result, she introduced her Mama Mobility and Fit & Flex classes, focusing on stability, mobility, and rehabilitation in the body.

She completed her Pregnancy/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification in April of 2025. She is thrilled to help people regain strength, comfort, balance, and confidence. When she is passionate about something, it brings her immense joy to share it with the world, and she is excited to share it with others!
