Dance 101 for Youth Workshop
Join us for an exciting and creative youth Dance Workshop, where imagination and movement come together! Designed for children aged 7 to 12, this workshop offers a fun and engaging environment for young dancers to explore the world of theater through dance in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
Workshop Highlights
Creative Expression: Children will learn the basics of various dance styles and how these foundational movements are incorporated into theater performance.
Storytelling Through Movement: Participants will discover how to convey emotions and stories using their bodies, enhancing their understanding of performance art.
Teamwork and Collaboration: The workshop emphasizes the magic of working together, fostering friendships and teamwork.
Showcase Performance: At the end of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to perform in a showcase for family and friends.
What to Expect
Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in a variety of activities that foster teamwork and creativity. Our experienced instructors will guide kids through exercises that teach & enhance dance abilities while building confidence, making new friends, discovering the magic of theater and having a blast!
Need-to-Know Information

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, dance shoes(or sneakers with NO tread), water bottle, and box lunch.
Age Group: 7-12
